Product and account support
Questions about product accounts, licensing, official releases, firmware services, or vendor-side incidents must be handled through the support channels published by Braiins. Do not send product credentials or private diagnostic data to an unverified third party.
Using this guide
For common operator questions, start with the local documentation hub, troubleshooting guide, compatibility matrix, and rollout checklist. These pages describe a decision process but cannot inspect your devices or authorize changes.
Corrections
A public correction channel and operator identity are not currently documented in this static release. Until one is added and verified, do not submit personal information, credentials, wallet data, miner passwords, API keys, SSH keys, or diagnostic archives through this domain.
Security incidents
If a miner is compromised or a firmware operation fails, isolate affected management access, preserve logs, stop broad rollout, and use the publisher’s authenticated support path. Emergency response should not depend on an informational website.
